My first adventure with the power of First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® was walking in the New Zealand bush. As I passed a mighty Kauri tree I reached out my hand and felt the energy of the tree. My friend gave me some First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® No 47 Kauri essence. My heart started singing, I felt so energised. I was dancing along the path. She told me this essence balanced my heart chakra. I had to find out more. In 2009 I started studying and experiencing their magic.

I completed my Diploma in New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy (Dip.NZNFE) and became a Registered Practitioner in 2015. I now share their amazing gifts with my clients.

I have continued my training. I studied in the Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic and Esoteric Studies® from 2016. In 2021 I trained and became a registered Hypnotique Protocol® esoteric hypnotherapist. My 25 years’ experience working in the health sector helps me listen and understand what my clients are experiencing. I work particularly with those on their soul journey who need the support and wisdom of a wise woman and the flower essences to move through a block or to go to the next step. Hi, I'm Brooke. I am a First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® Registered Practitioner, New Zealand Registered Naturopath and Medical Herbalist and member of NMHNZ. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Psychology and a Diploma in Child and Adolescent Psychology. I am also a trauma-informed practitioner.

In my practice I specialize in nervous system health and healing using a natural medicine and holistic healing approach. A part of this work involves psychological stress and trauma healing. I work with the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® to address specific individualized mental, emotional and spiritual stressors, and the energetic and cellular memories of trauma held in the subconscious and unconscious mind. Working with the First Light® essences to release stress and trauma at an energetic level provides healing at a deeper root cause level to restore balance to the nervous system and wellbeing.

I first discovered vibrational medicine in the early 90’s after qualifying from the Bayly School of Reflexology London, studied and used Bach Flowers to complement my reflexology practice. Prior to my studies in Reflexology, I achieved a Diploma in Interior Design and following my return to Aotearoa a BA in Architecture. My architecture thesis addressed the sustainability of both people and the environment due to their deep connection. The healing gifts of nature inspire me to help people from all walks of life. For over twenty-five years I have worked with herbal medicine, nutrition and flower essences.

I currently offer holistic health and wellbeing services as a First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® practitioner, a transpersonal coach, and a Hypnotique Protocol® esoteric hypnotherapist to help clients with deep transformation, more meaningful relationships with themselves and others, a greater innate sense of wellbeing and to reach long sort after goals.

Technology allows me to work remotely. I also meet clients to work in nature – a beach walk, a bushwalk, in a park, on some rocks. Here, our conversations are supported by what joins us and is around us – the creatures, the trees, water. Slowing down and dropping into nature space, a heart space, opens a connection to our bigger Selves and awareness develops around what needs to be addressed.

I am a Reiki master, Tarot reader, astrologer and flower essence practitioner. I am very interested in energy medicine and how aligning with the right healing tools can unlock blocked energy and re-establish flow.

I have been working with Australian Bush Flower Essences, Bach Flower Remedies and Findhorn Flower Essences for twenty years. Each person is an individual soul with a life purpose and lessons to learn. For over 40 years, I have worked in Natural Therapies, growing and learning through my sessions with people and their unique journey towards Healing. Each modality I studied aided me in seeing a different pattern within the human form, and how everyone's dis-ease can show up in so many different layers.

I have been an avid follower of First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® since the late 1990's when I first met Franchelle at a holistic festival in Nelson. Since then I have increased my knowledge and passion for the remarkable healing powers of native plants, and was drawn to learn more. I took the next step to study and complete my Certificate in New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy.

I have had the opportunity to study with some remarkable teachers and gained so much more insight into the healing properties of New Zealand native flowers and plants.

My journey has been a long one, however, the experience I have gained through other modalities and adding these unique vibrational tools gives me a depth of understanding to enable me to intuitively work with them and create profound changes in people's lives.

I am currently living near Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia and I am happy to offer consultations both online and in person.

I run my own accommodation on a small island in Japan called Okinawa.

When I visited Maui, Hawaii on a trip five years ago, I received a message from the ocean: "Loving yourself is giving back to the earth".
That was the beginning of my journey of self-discovery, of what it means to love yourself. In the process, my encounter with First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® became a great gift.

Minako started her practice as an aromatherapist and an aromatherapy teacher in Tokyo in 1995. She has acquired conciderable knowledge and experience in her respective fields. She has been providing aromoatherapy to patients in the department of psychiatry in a hospital in Tokyo for over twelve years. Through her activity in the field of psychiatry, she started using astrology to acquire deeper insight into the client’s inherent psychological archetype.She started providing astrological aromatherapy consultations in 2006 and trained many astrological aromatherapists in Kauri Holistic Healing.
In 2008, she was connected with First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® and found her passion. She became the first Japanese practitioner and tutor in Japan.
She established New Zealand Flower Essences Japan in 2010. Since then, she has been presenting First Light Flower Essences and Aotearoa to Japanese people and providing workshops to train certified practitioners.

Akiko has been working as an aromatherapist and beauty therapist since 1997. She has used phytotherapy and aromatherapy to care for the body and mind. She has been interested in various healing and energy work and has trained as a skin health counsellor in Australia, trained in esthetics in France and trained in Hawaii in the Temple Lomi Lomi method to improve her treatment techniques. In March 2000, she opened her own salon, Aromatherapy Plumeria, in Nagano.

In 2009, she studied First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® and began practising, supporting people to open up their lives creatively through the liberation and healing of femininity. Bio:

Shiho started learning aromatherapy due to the loss of her father and relationship stress. She opened her aromatherapy salon Aroma Plus in 2016 in Takarazuka, Hyogo, Japan.
In 2019, she moved the salon to her husband's clinic, the Yasugi Family Clinic, and started practising holistic therapy. In 2020-2021, she studied First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® courses and astrological aromatherapy at Kauri Holistic Healing, clay therapy at Aroma France.
