Using and selling our essences
The First Light® system and structure of 184 native New Zealand essences is intellectual property and is protected by copyright. The system and structure with its associated plant names and descriptions is the sole property of Vanterra Natural Health Ltd.
This system and structure may be used by First Light® practitioners as a framework for creating practitioner only First Light® treatment blends supplied to their clients for personal use after a consultation. When making First Light© practitioner treatment blends First Light© blank labels are to be used on the bottle or the label on the treatment bottle should include the following statement: “Flower essences supplied by First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® - all rights reserved”
Unless a formal agreement has been entered into with us, we are not a supplier of raw materials or ingredients for others to manufacture their own commercially branded ranges or products from.
Cloning or using our intellectual property or copyright material without our written permission in the making, marketing and selling of commercially branded products or ranges will be seen as an infringement of our intellectual property and copyright. Our ethical products and essences are our intellectual property and as a matter of policy we do pursue any unauthorised misuse
Using our Logo
The use of our First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® and First Light Natural Health® logos can be extended to professionals. Please contact the First Light® office should you be seeking permission to reproduce our logos.
Should permission to use our logos be given, it does not imply company representation, but rather professional association with the company.
As the logos represent First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® and First Light Natural Health® the logos must be used in a manner and context that accurately represents the brand, its products and services. The brands are trademarks and are copyright with all rights reserved to the owner.
