I recently received a question from a young mum who is facing a difficult situation financially. I know that there are probably other people and families who are facing similar issues so with permission I am sharing this question and the answer I have given in this email with you.

“I feel so traumatised with what is happening in my life Our mortgage has increased but our family income is the same and we may have to move out of our home because we can no longer afford the payments. My husband and I are feeling so uncertain and insecure regarding our future. We are afraid that we will lose our home. I want to feel secure within myself and meet this situation from a place of feeling present and strong. I really want to find a natural solution to support myself and my family emotionally through this difficult time. Can you please recommend something from your range of essences.”

 

This type of email touches my heart at such a deep level. The reality is that financial struggles can affect us all.

In fact, there are millions of people across the planet who are traumatised at the thought or the very real impending reality of losing their homes, their livelihood or even their life. Whether that is because of increased mortgage rates, survival issues in connection with the home or even one’s country being bombed or invaded.

How to Use No 37 King Fern

For the Whole Family

Use directly from the 10ml stock bottle or make into 25ml flower essence blends.

Directly from 10ml stock bottle:

  • Place 3 drops of stock essence on the tongue or add to a glass of water.
  • Repeat 3-4 times daily or as required.

 

Making a 25ml flower essence blend:

  • Add 5ml or a teaspoon of brandy (cider vinegar if preferred) to a 20-25ml glass dropper bottle (for personal use, bottles and droppers can be re-used by boiling for 5 mins) and fill with pure spring water.
  • Add 3 drops of No 37 King Fern stock essence. 
  • Place 2-4 drops from the flower essence blend bottle on the tongue 3-4 times a day or as required.
  • Flower essence blends should be used within 4-6 weeks.
