400g white chocolate
200g very dark chocolate – we used 90% cocoa
½ - 1 cup chopped roasted almonds
½ - 1 cup finely sliced crystallised ginger
3 drops of one or more flower essences from the recommended list below (or choose your own)
Note: You can substitute pistachios and dried cranberries or nuts and fruit of your choice.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from heat. Stir in the nuts and fruit and spread thinly onto the paper. Allow to set.
Melt the dark chocolate gently over simmering water and spread over the top of the white chocolate. Allow to set. Snap into pieces and enjoy!
