I was raised with a deep love for nature, and from a very young age I dreamed of working with the powers of nature to hold the space for deep, transformative healing. When I was called to work with First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® in 2011, I realised that this dream was still possible in this day and age - and more profoundly so than I had ever imagined.
At the age of 18, I lived in Toulouse, France and practised Aikido throughout my time there. Aikido literally means the pathway of the energy of love, and is about reuniting one with the harmony of the universe. This opened the world of energy to me in a practical sense. I was introduced to the healing art of Seitai, including Yuki, through this practice.
I enjoy working with people of all ages especially children and elders. I also work with animals and I offer alternative solutions to plant health.

Working with sacred plant medicine is an integral part of my practice - assisting others to deepen their connection with Nature, and to discover their own native plant allies. It is an inspiration to witness clients be able to regain equilibrium, and to reinstate and understand how to maintain full holistic health in their lives. I am currently studying on the Medicine Woman Rite of the Twelve Celestial Regents®, and completing a MPP Creative Writing at USC.
I have also trained in Art Therapy, Clinical Aromatherapy, Sound Therapy and Usui Reiki and studied astrology in Edinburgh. I have worked in clinics and hospitals in Scotland, with children and adults dealing with trauma, and work with clients in Australia. I have specialised in areas of medical art therapy, trauma and attachment issues. I have experience working with animals, and am interested in animal communication and wellbeing.

I first came across First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® in 2008. I was very skeptical that they could work as suggested. I also was certain that I did not want to be a First Light® Practitioner as I was very happy with my NLP Life/Business Coaching Business.
